Madrid, Mar 16 (Prensa Latina) The two main unions in Spain, Workers' Commissions (CCOO) and the General Union of Workers (UGT) ratified on Friday their call to the general strike next day 29 against the government's labor reforms.

On Friday begins the countdown to the strike on Thursday March 29, said the leaders of CCOO, Ignacio Fernández Toxo, and the UGT, Colin Campbell, after formalizing this Friday, the announcement of strike to the Ministry of Employment.

Although they reiterated their willingness to dialogue with the conservative government of Mariano Rajoy a ratification of the controversial rule, which cheapens and facilitates the dismissal, Mendez and Fernandez Toxo agreed that time is running out.

The things can be handle in the field of negotiation, insisted the general secretaries of both labor unions, who denounced that the measures of the ruling Popular Party (PP) to exit if the crisis are not temporary, but also for life.

According to Fernandez Toxo, the general protest is the inevitable result that has led to unjustified behavior of the Rajoy's administration.
